Torrey Hills sits in the canyon country between Carmel Valley Road and Del Mar Heights Road, a few minutes off I-5 at the Del Mar Heights exit. Most of the lots here were graded into the hillside in the 1990s, which means retaining walls and drainage come up on almost every job we look at.
